Color FAQs

Latex stretches when inflated, which can make the color appear lighter, darker, more transparent, or less saturated. Please judge the final color after inflation under natural daylight.

Latex balloons have a natural surface finish and may not look like foil, chrome, or mirror-finish balloons. Their appearance may look more matte, muted, or less shiny depending on lighting and inflation level.

Balloon colors may look different under warm light, white light, camera exposure, screen settings, or different inflation levels. For the most accurate color, please check the inflated balloon under natural daylight.

Please check the color code on the package label and take photos of both the label and the inflated balloons. If the issue continues, please contact our support team for assistance.
